:: Andrew D. Fitzgerald, P.E., President
   DeLisi Fitzgerald, Inc.

Andrew Fitzgerald has a diversified background with over 13 years experience in providing engineering services as a consultant for both private and public sector clients managing a variety of challenging and unique projects, from residential, industrial, and commercial projects to municipal roadway and utility projects.

Mr. Fitzgerald’s experience includes master planning the utilities for the Burnt Store community plan in Charlotte County, providing utility engineering assistance on a 1,200 acre comprehensive plan amendment in Lee County, performing comprehensive water management studies for watersheds in Lee County, and for private development projects as large as 6,700 acres in size. Mr. Fitzgerald’s experience also includes designing and permitting segments of several major road corridors in Lee County and Collier County including segments of Three Oaks Parkway, Lee Boulevard, and Veronica Shoemaker Boulevard.

Mr. Fitzgerald currently sits on the Lee County Land Development Code Advisory Committee which advises the Lee County Board of Commissioners on proposed changes to developments codes regulating development in Lee County. Mr. Fitzgerald earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida.
